Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team at Splash2O Express Car Wash. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing a range of car washing and detailing tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Greet customers and guide them through the car wash process
- Operate washing equipment, including automated and manual systems
- Perform detailing tasks, such as hand drying, vacuuming, and tire shining
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility and equipment
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell additional car washing and detailing services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer transactions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or car washing role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
