Membership Subscription

By subscribing to the Splash2o Car Wash Membership Program("Membership"), you authorize Splash2o Car Wash to automatically charge the payment method provided at the time of enrollment on a recurring monthly basis, on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. YourMembership will continue until canceled in accordance with the procedures outlined in this agreement.

To cancel your Membership, you must submit a cancellation request through our website’s designated cancellation form at least seven(7) days before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted after this time frame may result in an additional billing cycle charge, which will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds, prorated credits, or reimbursements will be provided for partial billing periods, unused services, or failure to cancel in a timely manner.

SMS and Email Communications

By subscribing to our Membership, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, service updates, and other communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided at the time of enrollment.

• Message  frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to the message received.
• You may opt out of email communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.
• Opting out of promotional messages does not affect the receipt of service-related notifications regarding your Membership.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Information collected, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email, address, and vehicle details, will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for administering your Membership and providing services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments and manage services. Modifications, Suspensions, and Cancellations

Members may manage their accounts online, including updating payment information, modifying Membership plans, or canceling the service. Membership plan changes are limited to one (1) modification per 90-day period.

All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in compliance with the advance notice requirements detailed above. Splash2oCar Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Membership, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms of Service.

Service Availability and Limitations

• Membership benefits apply to one (1) registered vehicle only and are valid     during normal business hours.
• Splash2o Car Wash reserves the right to adjust operating hours, temporarily close, or suspend services due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or special events.
• Membership rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change at Splash2o Car Wash’s sole discretion. Any modifications to these Terms of Service will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website. Continued use of the  Membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms     of Service.
